Delivery periods

Different shipping rates may apply depending on the product you order.


Simply put a maximum time frame of 16 days. However many of our orders historically ships between 3 to 5 business daysDuring HOLIDAY times there may be delayed shipments. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.

Note: Unfortunately at this point in time the 30x40inch canvas is only available within the US, UK, and Canada.

 *Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be "stuck" at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

International Customers (outside of the USA) are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country.

  • On average processing takes 2-4 business days. These products are handmade to order and are high quality and thus take time to produce.
  • Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends. 
  • Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.  


  • We update tracking information as soon as the label for the order is printed. 
  • Tracking can be checked through our TRACK ORDER page
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 
  • If your tracking shows that "shipping label is created" but you don't see any updates, please allow 1-2 days for an update. 

More Information: 

  • For International Orders please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government. 
  • We DO NOT offer refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
